Pre Sale Suggestions

Have us do Complete Home Inspections before you put house on the market.

Be sure that the yard and house are neat and clean.

Curb appeal will help people to stop and take a closer look at your home.

Remove inside clutter; remove extra furniture and pets. If the house is full of too many items the buyer can not see how

your house would fit their needs.

Store items at a friend’s house or rent a storage unit.

Make repairs inside and out.

Most homes will have a home inspection and repairs will be needed. It is better to do repairs before they interfere with a potential sale.

A pre home inspection will help you decide what needs to be done.

It is important to reveal any known defects that are not apparent or easily detected.

Wet basement problems are important to have repaired.

Fix a leaking roof and have bill available to show the buyer.

Plumbing problems should be taken care of before putting home on market.

Put valuables in a safe place out of sight.

Don’t allow strangers to roam about your house unescorted, it may be a good idea to have

all people sign a log.

Is there any work that is not to building code?

Have repair paper work available for buyer.

Have all permits available for review.

Pest inspection: This will help eliminate last minute delays.
